Runway E-Commerce — referred to as "Runway," "we," "us," or "our" — operates the Runway website, mobile applications, online store, and related tools, content, features, and services, collectively referred to as the "Services."

Our mobile applications for iOS and Android are developed and operated by Runway. We also use trusted third-party providers — including e-commerce, payment, infrastructure, order processing, fulfilment, logistics, and delivery providers — to support certain features of the Services.

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. It does not include information that has been anonymised, aggregated, or de-identified.

Information You Provide DirectlyWhen you create an account, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services, we may collect: contact information (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address); account information; order information including products viewed, saved, purchased, returned, or cancelled; and customer support communications including messages, feedback, and complaints.

Payment InformationPayments are processed by authorised third-party providers including Paymob. Runway does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. We may retain limited transaction-related information such as payment status, reference numbers, and order totals for processing, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Information Collected AutomaticallyWhen you visit or use the Services, we may automatically collect technical information (device type, OS, browser, IP address, app version, diagnostics) and usage information (pages viewed, products browsed, searches, wishlist and cart activity). If you browse without an account, information may be collected in aggregated or anonymised form.

Mobile Application InformationIf you use our app, we may collect device identifiers, notification preferences, push notification tokens, crash and performance data, and other technical information required to operate and improve the app.

VI  ·  Shopify & Payments

Relationship with Service Providers

Our online store and certain commerce features — product catalogue, customer accounts, checkout, and order management — are provided through Shopify Inc. and its affiliates. When you interact with these features, the provider may process personal information to deliver its platform services.

Personal information may also be processed to maintain, secure, and improve the platform, support fraud prevention and analytics, and provide certain enhanced services. In these cases, the provider may act as an independent controller and is responsible for its own processing activities.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers including Paymob. Payment providers may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, and provide payment services. Runway does not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes.

International Data Transfers

We are based in Egypt, and our platform, infrastructure, payment, logistics, fulfilment, and service providers may be located in countries outside of your own. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than those in your jurisdiction.
