We built Runway because great fashion deserves a great stage. These Terms are not fine print — they are the terms of a relationship we take seriously.

By using Runway — whether you browse, create an account, place an order, or simply explore — you agree to the terms laid out here, together with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to our website, mobile application, editorial content, loyalty features, and any digital experience we offer. The entity behind it all is Runway E-Commerce, based in Cairo, Egypt.

If any part of these Terms does not suit you, we understand — but we ask that you refrain from using the Services.

I · Your Account

Eligibility & Account Rules

Your Runway account is personal to you. Please treat it that way. To use the full breadth of our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age — or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you confirm this is the case.

You are responsible for everything that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials private. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@runwayegypt.com.

Accuracy of InformationAll information you provide — name, address, payment, contact details — must be accurate and current. Runway relies on this information to serve you properly. Inaccurate details may affect your order, delivery, or refund.

Account AccessAccounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, shows signs of fraud, or puts Runway, our users, or our partners at risk.

II · Shopping

Products & Orders

Every piece on Runway has been chosen with purpose. We present our edit with care — and we ask that you shop with the same intention.

We take great care in presenting products accurately — descriptions, imagery, sizing, materials, and pricing. However, colours and textures may appear differently across devices. We are not able to guarantee a perfect match between screen and reality. Product details, availability, and pricing may change at any time. Some pieces are limited, exclusive, seasonal, or final sale — and may sell out without further notice.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only after successful payment verification, fraud screening, and fulfilment confirmation. We may decline, adjust, or cancel any order — including after acceptance — for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

All products purchased through Runway are intended for personal use only. Resale, commercial export, or bulk purchasing without our written consent is not permitted. Some products are fulfilled by selected brand partners or warehouses — items may ship separately. Runway remains your primary point of contact regardless of fulfilment origin.

III · Payments

Payments & Pricing

All transactions on Runway are conducted with discretion, security, and care.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, supported digital wallets and store credit or promotional codes where offered. Payments are processed by authorised third-party providers including Paymob. Runway does not store your full card number or CVV.

All orders within Egypt are billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or currency conversion charges — these are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Promotional codes and credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Abuse of promotional features may result in order cancellation or account suspension. Repeated cancellations or misuse may result in rejecting orders for your account.

IV · Delivery

Shipping & Fulfilment

We deliver with the same attention we give to curation — but some things are beyond our stage.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on location, courier availability, public holidays, traffic, and other conditions.

Runway RushSame-day or express delivery in selected zones, subject to availability, cutoff times, and courier capacity.

Runway SwiftPremium delivery within a stated estimated window, available in selected areas as shown at checkout.

Standard DeliveryDelivery within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Split ShipmentsOrders from multiple sources may arrive separately — to serve you faster, not less attentively.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Runway is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

V · Returns

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind what we sell.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact, accompanied by proof of purchase, and approved through our quality inspection.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Timelines vary by bank and payment provider. Delivery fees and third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

VI · The App

The Runway App

The Runway application is our most personal expression — curated for you, refined for the way you move.

The app may include wishlists, personalised discovery, editorial content, order tracking, loyalty features, push notifications, AI-assisted styling, virtual try-on, size guidance, and other digital experiences — subject to availability and your device settings.

By enabling notifications, you agree to receive service communications including order updates, delivery status, and security notices. Marketing notifications are subject to your preferences. Where available, AI-assisted tools enhance discovery and visualisation — they are not guarantees of fit, colour accuracy, or styling outcome. We may suspend these tools at any time for operational or legal reasons.

The app may tailor recommendations based on your browsing behaviour, saved items, and order history. This is designed to make your experience more considered — not to compromise your privacy.

VII · Conduct

Standards of Use

Runway is a space of intention. We ask that you bring the same standard to your use of it.

The Services may only be used for lawful, personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; harassment, impersonation, or misrepresentation; uploading malware or disruptive technology; scraping or automated data extraction; abuse of promotions, credits, refunds, or delivery services; purchasing for unauthorised resale or export; interference with the security or integrity of the Services; and any conduct that damages Runway, our users, or our brand partners.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time if these standards are not met.

VIII · Legal

Legal Terms

The following provisions exist to protect both you and Runway. They are clear, fair, and final.

Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate at all times.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Runway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

IndemnificationYou agree to hold Runway harmless from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of third-party rights.

Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Force MajeureRunway shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, public health emergencies, government action, courier disruptions, or network failures.

Changes & SeverabilityWe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
