If you change your mind, you can always cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse from our application and we'll process your refund right away.
However once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation before it arrives to you, then you can request a return.
We currently deliver all across Egypt, with different delivery time.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location on standard delivery, and 24 hours for Runway Swift orders.
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails, a second attempt may be scheduled.
